Hi Sweeties! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! We did a double birthday party celebrating Kylie’s 5th birthday and my nephew’s 7th birthday, and actually it was a triple party because my Dad’s birthday is this week as well!!

I found SO many fun tropical and fruit themed things at Dollar Tree! Everything from plates and napkins to table decor and pool toys!

A pizza party kept things simple and easy and offered something for everyone (by the way the Vegetarian pizza, minus cheese, plus spinach, was even tastier than I expected and made a delicious vegan option !)

For some easy, delicious homemade dessert cups we did a No Bake Cheesecake this is the original recipe although I modify it by omitting the food coloring (you can also substitute some fresh squeezed lemon juice for the lemonade mix) and I also like adding cherry pie filling on top for a major extra YUM factor!

Here are the cups I used:

For a No Bake Dairy free version, we combined Tofutti Cream Cheese substitute with powdered confectioner’s sugar, lemon juice or lemonade mix, and vanilla extract.

Keeping with our Summer Fruit Theme, we added some colorful fruit salad.

Plus some tasty Mocha Brownie Trifles with colorful M & Ms on top!

If you want a quicker version, you can always substitute boxed mixes and the milk or whipped cream of your choice.

Plenty of towels and sunscreen for sure 🙂

We ordered custom fruit cookies perfect for our theme and super adorable as party take home favors.

Alternatively, Dollar Tree has so, so many options for a Candy Buffet including hard candy, gummy candy, chocolate candy and even twizzlers, Bubble Gum and lollipops! They also have plenty of choices for candy bags, scoops, etc!
