Hey Everyone, since I received requests on YouTube for a video of Cinco de Mayo ideas, I went ahead and put some ideas together for you!
We are obsessed with tacos and fajitas and for this buffet I’m using both flour tortillas and also a corn and wheat flour blend tortilla and I just placed them out on cake stands.
My favorite 3 tiered stand was the perfect thing for arranging topping choices on. I had spinach, tomato, sour cream, red onion, fresh salsa, avocado. You can do WHATEVER you like š š
For the margaritas, I didn’t have sweetened lime juice so I just use a bit of freshly squeezed lime juice, I omitted the margarita salt on the edges of the glass and I would also let you know these are delicious with or without the kiwi addition.
These Shrimp Taco bites with Cilantro Cream Sauce were amazing, although you definitely want to eat them fresh so the shells don’t get soggy.
