These brownie truffles are so super easy to make and so super delicious too.
If the combination of fudgy chocolate and easy recipes appeals to you, then you are going to love these.
All you will need are:
– a box brownie mix, prepared according to the directions on the box
-some chocolate for dipping (high quality chocolate preferred)
-some sprinkle decorations on top and mini cupcake liners to put your finished treats in are optional
After your brownies have come out of the oven and cooled, you can take a fork and fluff up the brownie.
Gather brownie pieces and roll into approximately 1 inch round balls.
Then it’s time to melt the chocolate. You can do this on the stove over low-med heat, stirring constantly, or in a microwave, stopping to stir at 30 second intervals, until melted.
Once your chocolate has been melted, allow it to cool briefly before dipping your brownie balls.
Two spoons should work perfectly to roll the little truffles in the melted chocolate and then carefully scoop them out and place them on a sheet of parchment paper to cool and harden.
Add any sprinkles or decorations you like while they are still wet.
Once they have dried, place them into mini cupcakes liners.
You can refrigerate them to speed up the drying process or store them for a future date.
We enjoyed these bite sized chocolate fudginess on Valentine’s Day, hence the sprinkles I chose. However, let’s take a moment here to to consider the possibilities when it comes to the colors and flavors of chocolate, sprinkles, and paper liners… the combinations are as many as you can dream up. So while you’re dreaming, can I offer you a snack?
